"Beware the barrenness of a busy life." Socrates
As the busyness of life takes its toll, we may find ourselves feeling empty. Despite our packed schedules and outward achievements, we are plagued by a sense of hollowness and dissatisfaction. We realise that our lives lack depth, meaning and authentic connection. We become strangers to ourselves, lost in a maze of obligations and distractions, yearning for something more but unsure of where to find it.
If we can learn to let go of the need to constantly strive and achieve, and instead to embrace life as it unfolds moment to moment, we will discover the richness.
