Life Transition Coaching

Change is life's way of inviting us not only to go through it, but to grow through it. However, even when we are aware that this transition will ultimately benefit us, it can still be emotionally challenging to navigate.

Change can come expectedly or unexpectedly, be welcomed or unwelcome, and happen suddenly or gradually. Regardless of how change occurs, it always interrupts our normal routine. Whether it's a new relationship, job loss or questioning of faith/spirituality, our natural inclination is to resist change.

This coaching aims to provide you with a deeper understanding to support you as you transition from one chapter of your life to the next.

Ancestral Healing

We are the product of a family lineage that has weathered countless life events, and our very existence is intertwined with this family system. Although we may not have personally experienced these events, our ancestors may have endured poverty, war, homelessness, persecution, infidelity, and other hardships. These events and traumas leave an indelible mark on those who come after them. In order to survive such challenging circumstances, our ancestors developed behavioural patterns, beliefs systems, and a way of life that ensured their safety and survival.

As we navigate our day-to-day lives, we often find ourselves carrying burdens that are not necessarily our own. It is crucial to recognize that the weight we bear may originate from unresolved ancestral trauma, which unknowingly manifests itself through unwanted behaviours, intrusive thoughts, and negative patterns. Holding onto this family trauma can be likened to harbouring a secret, but as we examine it without judgement, we begin to comprehend the depth of what has occurred. 

By addressing the root cause of our patterns and behaviours, we have the power to release the trauma that has been carried within our ancestral line. This transformative process allows for a gentle shift in these deeply ingrained traumas and patterns of behaviour that have governed our lives. Therefore, even though it did not originate with you, it can end with you.
